TGIF Tidbits and June Goals

Good evening (fail) I know I know all 11 of you have been waiting ALL DAY for this post so without further ado here you go!  Today was busy, the girls and I do Mommy & Me preschool Friday mornings and then we run all the errands I avoided during the week.  Maybe that should be a June goal...don't procrastinate errands, that probably won't happen.  I was also suppose to do my 30 minute tempo run this morning and guess what, I didn't do it.  I know I am such a superb example, hold the applause and the pats on the back.  Just keeping it real.  Sometimes you wake up ready to hit the pavement and sometimes you just wake up tired and today I was really tired.  Tomorrow morning I am running my long run, 10 miles, with my peeps, Portland Fit! WOOP!

So with the new month I thought I would set some goals and (lucky you!) share them! So lets get this new tradition started!

1. Run 5 days a week, which is 1 more than I usually run.
2. Do Jillian Michael's 30 day shred at least once a week, that's cross training right?!
3. Get caught up on Mad Men (Not all goals are health related, some are just awesome)
4. Complete my 1st Half Marathon!
5. Blog 7 days a week

  1. hehehe 5days a week? I run 3, 4 if I am lucky :P, and yes Jillian is crosstraining.

    1. I know! 5 days is a big goal but its something I at least what to see if I can do :) Love Jillian!!
