2 Days in a Row!

I got up AGAIN this morning, not a major accomplishment for some people but for me its huge!  Not only did I get up again I did my favorite workout with my favorite ball buster.

 

I am on level 2 of this workout and considering I have had it since September I should be all the way through it at least 5 times over!  But alas, I am on level 2.  This is a DVD I'll keep, its a short workout that gets the job done if anyone was considering picking it up.  

I am not able to run this morning because Oregon didn't the get the message that its Spring and the rest of the country is enjoying early summer!  Whatever, I'll try to get one in later today when the pavement won't be as slick.  This is when I wish I had access to a treadmill but I don't so I will make sure I get out there later.  Where there is a will there is a way!  

I am running a 5K on Saturday with my BFF and really looking forward to it!  I know a lot of runners really enjoy races and I am totally one of them.  Its such a fun camaraderie and I love doing races with my BFF, watching her slowly creep away from me while I huff and puff into the background always gets me motivated to do BETTER!  I actually hope she is always one step of ahead of me because she'll always keep me striving towards a goal and this girl is HOT so its a good goal. LOL!  Yes she is my BFF and yes I refer to her as HOT because she is and I am just stating facts.  Like FACT my pug has a flat face and looks like a loaf of bread while laying on her stomach.  Happy Thursday everybody!!!  I hope you are in a part of the country that is enjoying nice weather! 

Has anyone else out there been motivated by their BFF to accomplish something?
